Trans World Soccer (TWS) is delighted to strengthen our longstanding relationship with Spartans FC, now including an official partnership with the Women’s First Team.
For over a decade, we’ve been working with Spartans, helping organise unforgettable football experiences for the youth section. Over the years, we’ve seen players of all ages grow, develop, and make memories that last a lifetime – and it’s been a privilege to be part of that journey.
This April, we’re excited to be supporting the Spartans Girls NexGen squads travelling to the Holland Easter Open – one of Europe’s well established international youth tournaments, bringing together teams from across the continent for an exciting few days of competitive grassroots football.
At the same time, we’ve got the Spartans 2012 Boys squad who will be off to Barcelona to compete in the Mare Nostrum Easter Cup – a first-class youth football tournament played at state-of-the-art facilities, giving the players the chance to test themselves on the European stage in one of the sport’s great cities.

Rory McBride, Head of Trans World Soccer, commented on the relationship with the club:
“Spartans FC has always put players at the heart of the club, which aligns perfectly with what we do. Over the past decade, it’s been amazing to support the youth teams, see them develop, and give them opportunities to experience football on a global stage.”
What makes this partnership even more special is the connection we have with the club itself. Our team has strong links across Spartans, with Women’s First Team Head Coach Jack Beesley and Women’s First Team player Tegan Reynolds, both involved at the club. Being so closely connected means we can work together with Spartans to deliver seamless, memorable football experiences for players of all ages.
As part of our new partnership with the Women’s First Team, we were delighted to support their fixture against Stirling University in December. It was a fantastic afternoon, helping bring the matchday experience to life and showing our support for the team both on and off the pitch.
Tegan Reynolds, part of the TWS team and Spartans FC Women’s squad, said:
“Being part of both Spartans and Trans World Soccer is something I’m incredibly proud of. To help create opportunities for players to travel, compete internationally, and create memories together makes everything we do behind the scenes truly worthwhile.”
After more than ten years working together, our partnership continues to go from strength to strength, and we’re excited to continue supporting Spartans FC at every level going forward.
