Trans World Soccer is proud to support the Spartans Community Foundation Easter Egg Appeal, helping provide Easter treats to local foodbanks and community organisations across North Edinburgh.
With strong ties to Spartans FC and grassroots football in Scotland, Trans World Soccer is committed to supporting initiatives that make a real impact beyond the pitch.
Spartans Community Foundation, established in 2006 as the charitable arm of Spartans Football Club, is a social enterprise and charity dedicated to improving lives in North Edinburgh.
The foundation focuses on delivering innovative education, health, wellbeing, and youth work programmes that directly benefit children, young people, and families in the community.
The Easter Egg Appeal is just one of many ways they continue to support families in need, and Trans World Soccer was delighted to get involved by donating 100 Easter eggs to bring a little extra joy this Easter.
Tegan Reynolds, part of the Trans World Soccer team and Spartans FC Women’s squad, said:
“Spartans isn’t just a football club – it’s a real community hub that brings people together and provides essential support to local families.
They do incredible work off the pitch, and I’m delighted that we could do our bit to help out and support initiatives like this that make a real difference.”
Robyn McCafferty, Education Officer at Spartans CFA, added:
“The generosity from organisations like Trans World Soccer makes a huge difference to the families we support.
We’re so grateful for their donation – it’s going to put a lot of smiles on faces this Easter!”
If you’d like to support the appeal, you can donate Easter eggs directly to Spartans Community Foundation (94 Pilton Drive, Edinburgh, EH5 2HF) or get in touch via email here to see how you can help.
