With the Easter holidays underway, it’s an action-packed couple of weeks for Trans World Soccer with teams travelling across Europe to test themselves against teams from all over the world.
Teams from across the UK are gearing up to take on international opposition in Spain and the Netherlands, with sunshine, strong competition and unforgettable experiences awaiting them.
For many, this will be their first taste of European football offering them a chance to test themselves against different styles of play and experience the challenges of an international tournament. The Holland Easter Open, Costa Daurada Easter Cup, and Mare Nostrum Easter Cup will provide a platform for grassroots teams to perform on the European stage.
Back on home soil, excitement is also building for the UK International Cup, which takes place this weekend at Loughborough University. Welcoming teams from across the UK and beyond, the tournament promises a thrilling few days of football, with hundreds of players set to compete in one of the UK’s best-in-class youth tournaments.
Rory McBride, Head of Trans World Soccer, commented:
“These tournaments are about more than just football.
It’s a chance for young players to challenge themselves against new opposition, experience different styles of play and most importantly, create memories that will last a lifetime.
We’re excited to see the teams in action and wish them all the best for an unforgettable Easter.”
